At C3RV, our sales experience begins and ends with you. That’s why our expert sales team always takes the time to get to know you and develop a detailed understanding of your unique travel needs and trailer preferences. We focus on helping you identify the type of trailer and floor plan best suited to your needs and preferences along with selecting the most appropriate manufacturer options.
Once the build of your trailer is completed by the manufacturer, our White Glove delivery service will bring your new home away from home right to your doorstep. Our sales experience goal is simple - we want to help you create a truly personalized trailer solution that will keep a smile on your face for years to come.
The C3RV Sales Process
1.) Meet & Personalize
The first step in our process is focused on meeting you and developing a detailed understanding of your travel needs and trailer preferences. Our expert sales team will help guide you through the trailer and floor plan selection process. Once that’s complete, we help you personalize your trailer by selecting the manufacturer options that make the most sense for you. This meeting is conducted in person at our dealership and can take anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes.
2.) Deposit & Order
Once the trailer, floor plan and options have been selected, we ask for a deposit on your order prior to submitting it to the manufacturer. This deposit is typically 10% of the cost of the trailer and the options you selected. Cash, check or credit card are all acceptable forms of payment fo the deposit. Once the deposit is taken care of, we will submit your order to the manufacturer who will then begin the build and personalization process.
3.) Deliver & Enjoy
Trailer build times vary by manufacturer but generally take from 2 weeks to 3 months to complete, depending on manufacturer inventory and the nature of your personalization options - more complex modifications can take additional time. Our team will keep you updated on your trailer’s completion date. Once we receive your finished trailer, we will inspect it to ensure it meets your specifications and arrange a date and time for delivery.
Our White Glove delivery services means we bring your new trailer to you. Our delivery team will walk you through everything you need to know to start enjoying your trailer that very same day!
